If for some reason you do not absolutely love your selections, or if you need to exchange them for a different size or style, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions for mailing merchandise back.

All orders will be shipped out the next business day via USPS First- Class Mail and will take between 3-5 days for delivery. You can also expedite your order selecting USPS Priority Mail to receive your order within 2-3 business days or USPS Priority Mail Express for delivery on the next business day.
International orders typically take 10-15 business days to arrive, however they can take up to 4 weeks (depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected).Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Within 24 hours of making your purchase, we will e-mail you a shipping notification with your order’s tracking information (note: this is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation e-mail). If you have not received this information after one business day, reach out to email@example.com.
For international orders, First-Class Mail DOES NOT include tracking or insurance. We strongly suggest upgrading to DHL for faster delivery with tracking.
Yes. We ship worldwide! International orders typically take between 10-15 business days to arrive, however they can take up to 4 weeks (depending on the destination country). Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. All orders will receive an email confirmation once the package has been shipped. Please note that customers are responsible for any duties/customs fees. For international returns/exchanges, the shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
